Our tour was simply amazing!

We researched several tour companies but kept coming back to Euphoria Safaris. Their reasonable price along with the richness of the experience offered was too great to pass up. The package included the following: pick-up from our hotel in Arusha, comfortable drive to base camp, a hearty breakfast, beautiful and picturesque drive into the Crater, delicious lunch, knowledgeable tour guide, and return drive to back to hotel.

This entire process was made possible by the exceptional customer service and professionalism of Gabriel - the tour guide point person. He met us at our hotel, gave us an orientation of the day's events, and processed our payment, and set up the following day's protocol regarding driver pick-up. Gabriel is the man!

I have been traveling the world for many years and this company is the best I have used. They organized our entire safari holiday and everything was perfect. Provided excellent lunch, a very knowledgeable guide, and even helped with our flights in from Zanzibar and back. My day trip to Ngorongoro Crater was a once in a life time! From start to end I received such a clear lovely experience from Gabriel who made me very comfortable the whole time and answered any questions I had. He even picked me up from the airport and took me to the grocery store to make sure I was comfortable. The crater was incredible and I saw all of the wonderful animals. We had a fantastic experience with Gabriel and the crew! He organised everything for us: Safari in Tarangire, Safari in Ngorongoro, stay at the espectacular lodge Serena over the crater, trip to Kilimanjaro, waterfall in the middle of the forest, visit to the Chagga people old caves, coffee plantation and traditional elaboration, blacksmith artisans… Amazing. Gabriel took care of us in every second. He help us in anything we needed. Very happy. We went to the safaris with Hassan, such a nice guy! And with Alex to the Kilimanjaro. Wonderful experience. Despite being only a day trip instead of a multiday safari, I was able to see all the animals I could hope for, giraffes, baboons, elephants, lions, wildebeests, flamingos, a rhino, impalas, zebras, all kinds of birds, and many of them up close. It was a long drive to and from Arusha, but the meals were excellent and we made the most of our time inside the Crater. You should experience the safaries (ngorongoro, kilimanjaro, serengiti etc.) with them, Gabriel is the man who can help about anything for you, I am really appreciated not only with his service but also meeting and knowing him as a friend.
